Hear from our happy customers
“Our family would like to thank Vital Home Health Services for their commitment to detail, high work ethic and professional approach. We were very appreciative of how obliging they were – no request was ever too difficult or demanding – as we were often unsure of the best method(s)/approach dealing with our elderly, sick/dying father. The team were caring and empathetic at all times and we cannot commend them enough for the time and effort they actuated. We were also impressed by the way in which the team worked and interacted with the Community Palliative Care Team from Concord Repatriation General Hospital, indicative of high professional ethics and respect for fellow work colleagues.”

“I’m not sure what we would have done if you hadn’t helped us so much at the beginning setting everything up, it was a vital support for us at an extremely difficult time. My father was so grateful to you; you made a difficult task easy – even pleasant. May you continue to brighten other people’s lives with your skills and talents.”

“Your nurses came every day to wash, groom and change Mum, which took a lot of pressure off, they also arranged for palliative care and pain management. Due to Vital Home Health, the process of caring for Mum was made a lot easier to bear. We cannot sing your praises high enough.”

“We were very impressed with the way you came in, assessed him, and told him what you were going to do, and you did it.”

“Our family is very appreciative of the help provided which allowed my father to live in dignity and enjoyment in his own home for, possibly, much longer than if he had not had the advantage of such a valuable service.”

“A most sincere ‘Thankyou’ for the wonderful care and support you gave our most precious mother over the years. Living in her own home and being independent was extremely important to her – without your professional care, friendship, thoughtfulness and attending ‘extra’ little things (which she appreciated) this independence, feeling of self-worth and self esteem would not have been possible. With your help she maintained a quality of life which unfortunately is not there for many of our elderly. We sincerely appreciate and thank you so much.”

My family wish to express our thanks and gratitude for the service and resources provided for my father during his illness. The care and resources provided, allowed my dad to stay in my home for as long as possible during his illness. The care shown throughout this time was exceptional. Carers and nurses gave my father quality of life, particularly the time taken to have genuine conversations with him, brightening his day. The equipment allowed him to participate in daily activities and provided comfort as well. To the carers and his nurse, we say thank you. Our appreciation and thanks to the administrators who organised everything efficiently but with compassion as well. All conversations were undertaken with kindness and this made a difficult time easier. Thank you.
